Mary Ann Occhipinti Qualifies for Tarbell's Circle of Excellence

After retiring from a long career with a major telecommunications corporation, Occhipinti decided to put her diverse skills back to work in real estate, an excellent fit for a woman with experience in problem solving and managing timelines for large-scale projects. As a thirty-year resident of Yorba Linda, she found that deciding to join family-owned Tarbell was an easy choice. Occhipinti works in Tarbell's North Orange County office in Yorba Linda, and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the Pacific West Association of Realtors.

Although the majority of Occhipinti's transactions are in Yorba Linda and surrounding communities such as Fullerton, Placentia, Anaheim Hills, her experience extends all across Orange County, from Huntington Beach to San Juan Capistrano. She employs a hands-on approach, personally handling every aspect of a transaction from beginning to end, to ensure that escrows are on track and that clients are fully informed of the progress of their purchase or sale. "Whether I am representing a buyer or a seller, no matter how large or small the property might be, they are the customer who has put their trust in me. I consider it my responsibility to give them the time, attention, and expertise to get the results they expect."
